Understanding Your Grief: A Bereavement Support Group

When someone dies, we must express our grief if we are to heal. But knowing how to mourn doesn’t always come naturally. This support group, with the help of two experienced facilitators and other mourners, aims to help you through your own unique grief. Whether your loved one has been gone for years or just weeks, we welcome you to join us at our Monthly Bereavement group.

The Group will meet next on Thursday September 2, 2010 at 6:30 PM at the ABINGTON PUBLIC LIBRARY.

For additional information please call 781-878-2112
