Dear Cox Family, I am very sorry for your loss. When we lose a loved one it's the hardest heartbreak we ever have to deal with. We feel lost and search for comfort.
It's nice to know that the bible offers real hope to us. 1 Cor. 15:26 says "the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing". In Job 14:14,15 there Job expressed confidence that God will call and the dead will answer. The bible contains accounts of resurrections performed by Jesus Christ and others, strengthening our hope of seeing our loved ones who have died.
So as you mourn your loss, may the hope of a life when death will be gone and we can be reunited with our dear loved ones again, here on a paradise earth, where there will be no more pain (Rev. 21:4), calm your hearts and bring you comfort. There is a lot more upbuilding and encouraging information in the bible, the website www.jw.org can help you get answers to life's big questions from the bible.
