It was a pleasure to know Bob. He was such a friendly, sweet, kind and witty man. We enjoyed talking to him and going out to lunch with him occasionally. We admired his service during WW ll on the submarine Sea Owl. We will greatly miss him. Our condolences go out to his sons, other relatives and his friend Nancy.

I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. I had lost touch with him through the years. He is forever in my memory. We were always in Lynch's and he was constantly taking pictures of Adam. I loved him dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this difficult time. Such a sweet man-rest in peace, Bob.

Bob was a great and honorable man and a good friend to the Duchaney family. I recall several occasions where he personally delivered a much needed prescription long after pharmacy hours were over. He will surely be missed by many. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Neil and family, I'm sending prayers your way. I have such great memories of your Dad from our days of playing basketball at St. Bridget's to our years of various sports at AHS. At any event you went to you would see your Dad with his camera in hand along with a cigar. In our class of 85' yearbook there is a page dedicated to your Dad titled "A Special Friend", that, he was!

I first met Bob in 2000 when he worked at Abington Savings Bank. For the next 15 years we had occasion to golf with some regularity. I have particularly fond memories of Bob joining us at Lake Morey, VT and at Little Harbor for golf outings. In fact, we talked of him while in VT this Labor Day weekend. His picture taking was legendary. A great man who I know will be missed by his family and friends. May your memories sustain you during these difficult days.

Chris, I was sorry to hear about your Dad's passing. It seems like just the other day your mom and dad were at our graduation in the pouring rain. Your Dad was busting our chops because we had the wrong regalia for our gowns. Apparently, we had the same regalia as he had then he graduated from pharmacy school. He thoroughly enjoyed the mix up. Your mom showing the strength of a thousand people as sick as she was, she made i through the whole day. Reading your Dad's life story it appears he led a very courageous and fulfilling life. I am sure you are extremely proud to be his son, and I hope the love and memories that you shared with him will get you through the difficult days ahead. Teri and I want you to know that we are thinking of you. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Martha, and your family. God bless, Bob Christian.

Chris, my deep condolences to the entire family. Your father and mine had very similar stories around WWII naval service in the Pacific theater, getting a GI Bill college education, and raising good, solid Massachusetts families. My dad passed 3 years ago at 91 and I grieve with you, Brother. I enjoyed looking at the posted pictures. Clearly he was a proud and loving family man. My best to you and your family.

We were so lucky to be Bob's neighbors for almost 17 years. Bob was always on the go, but we enjoyed our many conversations. He always asked about the many activities that our kids were involved in. On special occasions Bob would be right there capturing the memories for us! He will be very missed. Our deepest condolences go out to Chris, Paul, Neil and the rest of his family.

Mr. Kristian was a wonderful man. Every community should be fortunate enough to have a Bob Kristian .
Raised three rock solid sons- all great human beings. There is an old Irish expression that says " a persons greatest legacy is in the quality of the children they leave behind"
Both Mr. And Mrs. Kristian's legacy will be forever cemented and sealed in goodness and decency, by the difference their sons Chris, Paul and Neil , have and will make during their lives. Rest In Peace Mr. Kristian--
