Helen Burton Edmondson

Helen Burton Edmondson, 91, of Braintree formerly of Abington, died peacefully September 5th. Wife of the late Earl Edmondson and sister to her late brothers John, William, and Frank Burton. Survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins and all their family members.

 Helen graduated from Abington High School class of 1944, was a world traveler, a R.N., Esthetician, and the co-owner of Burton Clothing Store in Weymouth. She was the past president of Strawberry Valley Women Golf Association and famously shot 2 holes-in-one on the course.

 Visitation will be held at the Quealy & Son Funeral Home 116 Adams Street, Abington Thursday September 13 from 5 to 7pm. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday in Sacred Heart Church, 72 Washington Street, Weymouth at 10:30am. Interment St. Patrick Cemetery, Rockland.
