My heart goes out to your family on the death of your beloved one. Death can be a very big blow that knocks us down in our lives. Because of how much we miss our loved ones we feel an emptiness that is hard to describe.
But there is somewhere to find comfort that can ease our pain. In Isa.25:8 Jehovah God promises that he will "swallow up death forever", that means death will be wiped out. Apart from removing death, God assures us that he will bring back our dead loved ones, Acts 24:15 "there is going to be a resurrection of the dead". So we look forward to that time when we will be able to welcome back those we have lost in death. These thoughts have brought me a lot of comfort when I lost loved ones im the past and I am sure it will help you as you grieve.
Please accept my condolences.
