Patricia A (Zaicek) Cobb

Patricia Cobb, 70, of Rockland, MA passed away on Saturday, May 26, 2018 after a long illness. Patricia was born in Tarrytown, NY to Louis and Sally Hula Zaicek. She graduated from Sleepy Hollow High School and worked at AT&T and as a hairdresser before becoming a wife, mother and homemaker. She was predeceased by her father Louis Zaicek , mother Sally Zaicek, brothers Robert and Louis Zaicek, ex-husband Joseph Edge and dear friend Oscar Auclair.

She is survived by 6 children:  David Rozsay of Sedona AZ; Joseph Edge II of Boston, MA; Karen Ellis of Eugene, OR; Walter Cobb of Bridgewater, MA; Melissa Cobb of Falls River, MA; and Tracey Cobb of Bridgewater, MA.   Also survived by sister Susan (Donald) Foster of Lafayette NY.

She also leaves 7 grandchildren:  Kalon, Logan, Adrianna, Freddy, McKenzie, Jacoby, and Landon, and 1 great grandchild, Blakely, as well as many nieces, nephews, friends and dear friend Sarah Froio.

Known as Nana to her grandchildren, she enjoyed spending time with them especially Freddy who lived with her prior to her illness.

Patricia was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan, known to the staff at the Webster Park Nursing Home as "Mrs. Brady.”  She enjoyed playing cards and Bingo and spending time with family and friends.

She demonstrated amazing strength enduring and overcoming many hardships throughout her life and can now rest in Paradise.

There are no calling hours. A funeral mass will be held at Holy Family Church in Rockland MA on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.
