Todd sang and played at a Christmas party hosted at my home by his friends Lacey and Aaron who were at Gordon Conwell Seminary, while Lacey was staying with me. He was such a sweet person and talented musician and writer and it was a huge blessing to have him and his friends share that time with me. My heart goes out to you over his loss. Isaiah 57:1 & 2 i hope provides you some comfort.

I had just learned of Todd's death and want to send you my deepest condolences to the family. I had met Todd through a fellow songwriter of his and Todd played several songwriter rounds in Nashville for me. Knowing how ill he was, he never showed it; and he loved singing at times about his Lord. Todd was a special person!

I would just like to express my deepest sympathy in Todd's passing.  Actually I never heard his music until October 2009, when I came across his CD titled Changes it is just so beautiful.  He truly honored and glorified God in his music.  God Bless and strengthen you all.

Todd''s music had some of the most thoughtful and honest lyrics I''ve ever had the opportunity to listen to. Even though I never had the pleasure of meeting Todd, I felt connected by way of his music.
I work for WSMA - 90.5 FM, Scituate and we continue to play his music. He continues to bless and honor the Lord through his amazing gift.

Dear John and Donna,

I cannot express how sorry Wyndee, Ian, Aidan, Amanda and I are for the loss of Todd from this world. His music is beautiful and uplifting, and even though I was unable to meet him, I know his presence was too. Please accept our condolences. We will continue to pray for you all, and yet we rejoice, for Todd is truly home. He is sitting with the Creator and Master, rejoicing in the light of Christ with all of Heaven. Rest assured he is beyond pain and suffering, and is alive and well, walking with Christ who has welcomed Todd with open arms.

We love you both, and I wait for the day Todd and I can make music together in Heaven.

In His Peace and Love,

Todd was an inspiritation to so many members of Grace Baptist Church.  It was always such a pleasure to attend service and know that we would be greeted by Todd's twinkle and smile -- and, of course, his enthusiastic ability to help us worship our God with music.   While he will be missed so much here, I can only imagine what a joy he will feel and what a gift he will be joining with the heavenly voices worshiping the one and only.  Thanks for sharing him with us Lord.  We will all miss him.

I"M TRUELY TRUELY SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS. It was a long battle for Todd. The last time i saw Todd was at Grace Batist Church in Hudson for a benefit performance. I have two of his CD''''''''s: Walking and Changes. Changes probably impacked me the most because it comforted me as I struggled with the loss of my marriage through divorce. HIs music is a great legacy that he has left behind. I will treasure it always.
You are in my thoughts and prayers
Many Blessing

Someone once said:  "To those who don't know, no words are possible; to those who do know, no words are necessary."  I live in Abington but I do not know nor have ever met Todd MacDonald.  I only know of and enjoy his music from the two CDs that I have: "Changes" and "Walking" which I bought at a local Christian bookstore long ago.  What a gifted and talented young man Todd was.
Heaven will be a lot sweeter because of Todd and his beautiful music which touches the heart, mind, soul and spirit.  "Sing on Todd in Heaven!! I can hear your beautiful sweet songs from here." ... with deep sadness and most humble condolences and deepest sympathy, I am most humbly BoBByCharles.

Todd was one of my daughter, Alycia Thornton''''s, friends so I saw and met Todd at a concert in Middleboro a few years. The spirit of the Lord was so on Todd that I will always be touched by his song, "Pilgrim''''s Here", to the very depths of my being. His passing saddens so many, but what a legacy he has left behind for those who experienced his message during the time God gave him here on earth! May God bring you, his family, special comfort during this difficult time.

My deepest sympathies and heartfelt prayers go out to Todd's family and friends. I met him while in college in Massachusetts and he made a lasting impact on my life. I enjoyed singing with him on his first CD project, and he inspired me to continue singing and writing music for the Lord. His music was unique. It tells a story, pure and approachable and filled with hope just like he himself was. His legacy of music, ministry, and love for others will never be forgotten. I am saddened by his absence from this earth, but rejoice in his eternal home revealed to him even now as he praises God with all the angels.

Todd ministered at our church two years ago almost to the day he died.
He has been on our church bulletin prayer list ever since.
I cannot tell you how much our congregation was blessed by that one service.
We look forward to a reunion in that place that Jesus is now preparing for those who know Him. I praise God for Todd and am humbled to have met him.

John, Donna, Liz, Peter, Scott & Kristin~ you are in my prayers. I am so thankful for the blessing of Todd's friendship in my life. He encouraged me, made me laugh, and lived a life in love with Christ before me! I am forever changed because of his example. I loved that our friendship started in New England and carried through to Nashville and will culminate in heaven! He will be missed on earth! I'm grateful for you, his loving family. I'm thinking about some amazing music I can see him playing right now before the very presence of God.

Praying for all of you, and rejocing that Todd has joined that 'great cloud of witnesses' (Heb. 12:1).  He was one special guy.  How I wish for just one more opportunity to see and hear him...just one more concert!  But, I'm sure Heaven's song just got a bit sweeter with Todd now joining the mighty chorus.  'So I will fix my eyes upon the prize that satisfies...'
