William (Bill) Dooley, age 38, passed away surrounded by his loving parents on Easter Sunday, April 16, 2017.
Bill was born on April 7, 1979 in Norwood, MA and graduated from Whitman Hanson High School. He was a proud member of the Local 3 Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers.
Bill’s most cherished moments were those spent with son Liam. When he was not there he enjoyed concerts, dirt bikes, fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He was forever young at heart and took joy in playing pranks on those closest to him. It is his laughter that we will miss the most.
Bill is survived by his parents James Dooley and Dawn-Jean Haigh, her husband Drew Haigh, son Liam Luca Dooley of Quincy, brothers Justin Dooley and Jacob Ober both of Boston, grandparents Donald F. Bowen of Lunenburg, Winifred and Albert Blais of Port Charlotte, FL, and William and Hazel Dooley of Lakeville, former spouse Rebeca Dooley, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, May 4th at 10 AM at St. Mary’s Church, 58 Carpenter Street, Foxboro.
In lieu of flowers donations in Bill’s memory may be made to The Doug Flutie Jr. Foundation for Autism.
