Christopher Griffin of Abington, age 58, died peacefully at home on January 12, 2020 after a long illness.  Chris was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Chris is survived by his beloved lifelong partner Kathleen O'Toole. He was the son of Irene (Ware) Griffin and the late James Griffin of Plympton, formerly of Abington. In addition to Kathy and his mother Irene, Chris is survived by his sister Jane and husband Michael Devlin of Plympton and his sister Judith and husband Thomas Kelley of Plymouth. He is the loving brother of the late James Griffin Jr. and the late Timothy Griffin. He is also survived by many cherished nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held at the Quealy & Son Funeral Home 116 Adams Street, Abington Thursday January 16 from 8:30am to 10am, followed by a funeral mass in St. Bridget Church, Abington 10:30am. Interment St. Patrick Cemetery, Rockland.
