Darlene Cummings, of Abington passed away unexpectedly at South Shore Hospital on March 12 at the age of 68. Darlene was born on August 24, 1955. She grew up in South Boston and later moved to Abington to raise her family.

Darlene took pride in her family and their accomplishments; she is survived by her son Bobby Cummings, her daughter Laurie her husband Matt Walls, her daughter Julie her husband Ryan Nelligan, and her daughter Annie and her husband Mike Bucca.

She was the loving "Nani" to her grandchildren Matt Walls, Melanie Walls, and Jaxon Nelligan, they were the center of her universe.

Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her children and grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend services for Darlene. A visitation will be held at the Quealy & Son Funeral Home on Friday March 15 from 9AM to 10AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday March 15 at St. Bridget's Church Abington at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow at Mt. Vernon Cemetery Abington.
