David Ehst of Pembroke, passed away May 19, 2021 after a long illness, Devoted husband of 36 years to Margaret (Nicholson) Ehst; Loving father to his Daughters: Gina Wingate and her husband Kenneth Wingate of Pembroke and Traci Dwyer and her husband Michael Dwyer of Kingston; Devoted Grandfather to Evan, Catherine , and Ava Wingate, and Kayla, Tristan, and Gillian Dwyer; Great grandfather to Blake Addison Bolaski; Loving Son to the late Jesse & Kathryn Ehst of Pa.; Devoted Brother to Carolyn Groff and her husband Richard Groff, Grace Moyer and her husband Roger Moyer, Linda Gehman and her late husband Ralph Gehman, Merle Ehst and wife Dawn Ehst, and Lowell Ehst and wife Lois Ehst; Brother-in-law to Richard Nicholson and his wife Cherie Nicholson, Thomas Nicholson and his wife Margaret Nicholson, the late William Nicholson and wife Patricia Nicholson, and the late Joanne Pike and husband Albert Pike; Also, survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins

Before his retirement he was a long haul truck driver who has traveled all over the United States and enjoyed meeting people. David always had some interesting stories to tell and enjoyed going to car shows with good friends and family. David loved playing golf and Vermont held a special place in his heart.
