David L. "Lew" Kneeland, 91, of Abington, died peacefully on April 16, 2012 in his home following a brief illness. He was born in Canada and raised in Rowley and Quincy. A veteran, Lew served in World War II and was honorably discharged. He was the owner of Kneeland Shellfish and Quincy Realty Associates. Lew was the husband of the late Marion E. (Lyons) Kneeland. Father of Claire M. Senato of Dover, DE, Karen E. LePine of Abington and Nancy Dawley of Braintree. Dear friend of Lois Telch of Holbrook.  Also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation on Thursday, 4-6 p.m. in the Quealy & Son Funeral Home, 116 Adams Street, Abington, followed by words of remembrance at 6:15 p.m. Following cremation, burial will be at a later date.
