Denise L. Infantino

September 9, 1952 — June 2, 2026

Stoughton

Denise passed away in the early morning hours on June 2, 2026 with family by her side at Mass General Hospital.

She is survived by her loving children, Jessica Kennedy, Joe Legaski and her stepson, Keith Infantino. She is also survived by her son-in-law’s, Paddy San and James Sutherland; her brother and sister-in-law, Richard and Annmarie Entner; her cherished granddaughters, Emily Sutherland and Alexa Kennedy; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends. Denise was predeceased by her parents, Frieda Entner and Gilbert Entner; her beloved husband, Alexander Infantino; and her beautiful daughter, Jennifer San.

Denise was a long-time resident of Stoughton, Mass. She was the type of person who was candidly honest, had a big personality, and loved her people with all her heart. She enjoyed many things but to name a few; the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots, Town Spa Pizza, Lynwood’s, Wendell’s, Dunks, Camping, Bingo, Thanksgiving and candied yams, Aquafina, Romance Novels, Vegas Slots computer game, Keno and “The Donald”. Additionally, she loved butterflies, flowers, candles, jewelry and was secretly a Swiftie. Her salisbury steaks, potato salad, macaroni salad and mashed potatoes were legendary. She proudly held onto some vintage items, including her old fashion popcorn popper, precious moments figurines and the unforgettable avocado-green Tupperware set.

As a young mother raising three children, she served as Team Mom for her sons' Pop Warner football and baseball teams, managed the concession stand at the Randolph baseball fields, and led a Girl Scout troop. She began her career in banking before becoming a Randolph school bus driver, then shortly after promoted to Manager. She ended her career as a Mortgage Coordinator at HSBC.

She eventually met the love of her life and married Alex “Mouse” Infantino in Las Vegas. They were two peas in a pod and did everything together. They moved to Florida to enjoy life down South.

Denise was the queen of knowing how to do random things. She was the person everyone called when they needed an answer, advice, or help getting something done. She was that go-to person! Her favorite trips were to Aruba with her high school friends, Hawaii and likely she stopped by a few of her favorite Casinos along the way. She was always online following her granddaughters on flights across the world or checking her “find my location” and was keeping tabs on her loved ones from afar.

One of Denise's greatest acts of love was the care she provided to her beloved daughter, Jennifer, during her courageous battle with a rare cancer called EHE. Denise stood faithfully by Jennifer's side until Jennifer's passing in May 2020, offering strength, comfort, and unconditional “Mother’s” love every step of the way.

Denise herself successfully overcame Breast Cancer; she faced Small Cell Lung Cancer with the same determination and resilience that defined her entire life. She endured countless treatments, radiation sessions, and challenges with remarkable strength. Her medical teams at MGH often spoke of how they adored Denise—not only for her humor but also realistic outlook, and her contagious spirit.

In Denise’s passing, we hope she is reunited with her daughter Jennifer, her beloved husband Mouse, her best friend Linda, and her parents Frieda and Gilbert. Denise was truly one of a kind—small in stature but mighty in spirit. She lived with courage, resilience, humor, and a heart full of love. She will be deeply loved and forever missed.

May you rest so easily in peace Denise with warmth and love surrounding you always~
