Dorothy "Dot" (Peterson) Chuckran of Brockton lost a long courageous battle with breast cancer February 17, 2019; Loving wife of John "Chuck" Chuckran; Loving mother of Meredith, Allison, Victoria, and Cole Chuckran; Beloved sister of Sue Norcott, Ray Peterson, Peggy Blake, Chris Glover, Jennifer Hodgell, and  Kate Stephenson; Loving daughter of Raymond Peterson and the late Dorothy Peterson; Loving "Mimi" to Rylie Chuckran-McPherson; Loving Aunt to many nieces and nephews; Loving friend to too many people to count.

Dot was a Registered Nurse (RN) most recently at the Colony Center for Health and Rehab. She loved her family first always and loved riding on the motorcycle, driving in the mustang with the top down, traveling, and sitting around the camp fire.

Dot could light up any room with just her presence. She wouldn't allow you to say goodbye, only see you later.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on March 2, 2019 at 9 AM in Saint Bridget Church, 455 Plymouth Street, Abington.
