Edmund "Eddie" Palsic, of Abington, passed away on April 7, 2026, at South Shore Hospital.

Born and raised in South Weymouth, Eddie graduated from high school in 1973. He spent his younger years enjoying summers boating in Hingham Harbor, riding dirt bikes, and working on cars. He also enjoyed building radio-controlled model boats and cars.

Eddie had a deep love of music and was able to play the accordion, piano, and guitar by ear. He was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox and Boston Bruins. Known for his great sense of humor, Eddie loved a good joke, family parties, and celebrations.

Above all, Eddie was most proud of his family, whom he loved and cherished deeply. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and uncle.

Eddie is survived by his beloved wife, Jeanne; his two sons, John and Matthew; his devoted dog, Lola; his sister-in-law, Mary Ann, and her husband, Paul; his niece, Allison, and her husband, Rui; his godson and grandnephew, Joseph; and his grandniece, Isabella.

He was loved greatly and will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
