Edward Carl Schneider Jr. of Halifax, MA passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on February 17, 2022. Ed was born on August 26, 1946, to the late Ed and May Schneider.

Ed was raised in Hanover and graduated in 1964.

Ed was the loving devoted husband and best friend to Margaret "Peggy" Schneider for 54 years, they had 3 wonderful children together, Thomas, Joseph and Jeanne. Ed was the proud Pa to several beautiful granddaughters. He is survived by his two sisters.

Ed enjoyed traveling especially on cruises, getting together with friends to go for trips to the local casinos, playing cards, and going out to dinner to his favorite restaurants. Mr. Schneider "Ed" retired from South Shore Vocational High School as an Administrative Aide after 40 years.

Ed enjoyed working with young adults and headed up the VICA program, He coached basketball and drove the school bus for the school. He could also be found at his part time job as bartender where he came to know many of the locals over the years.
