Edwin F. Mattson, lifelong resident of Abington, June 2, age 81, loving husband of the late Barbara Mattson; Loving father of Susan Terry of Carver, Mark Mattson of Duxbury, and Cathy Merrill of Plympton; Loving brother of the late William and Robert Mattson; Also, survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Edwin worked at Eastern Edison for 45 years and enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing, gardening, cooking, and most of all his family. A Funeral Service will be held at the Quealy & Son Funeral Home 116 Adams Street, Abington Tuesday June 8 at 11am. Visitation Monday 4 to 8pm. Interment Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Abington.
