Loving wife of Walter Delaney of Rockland; Loving daughter of the late Lawrence and Bridget McLaughlin; Beloved mother of Linda Panek and husband Thomas of Norton, Nancy Cadigan and husband Steven of Tewskbury, Christine Barbieri and husband Stephen of Hampton, NH, Paul Quigley and wife Sara of Easthampton, Matthew Delaney and wife Roberta of Brockton, and the late William M. Quigley Jr. Loving sister of Rev. Patrick McLaughlin of Milton, Marie O'Brien and husband Eugene of Waltham, Deacon James McLaughlin and wife Barbara of Abington, Anne Shinney and husband Paul of Weymouth, and the late Lawrence, Francis, Owen McLaughlin, and Mary Johnston. Also, survived by 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Eleanor was a communicant of St. Bridget Church in Abington and was a 25 year veteran of the Boston Police Department. Funeral from the Quealy & son Funeral Home 116 Adams Street, Abington Monday June 17 at 10am followed by a funeral mass at St. Bridget Church, Abington 11am. Visitation Sunday 2 to 6pm.
