Ellan "Terri" Dicicco of Braintree passed away peacefully at her home in Braintree on January 6, 2026, at the age of 67.
Terri was born in Brockton on June 25, 1958, to the late Roland and Bernice Dicicco.
She was a graduate of Brockton High School and graduated with a bachelor's degree from Northeastern University.
Terri is survived by her brother Michael and his wife Dale Carroll of Marshfield as well as her niece Jennifer Lenahan and Nephew Jeffrey R. Carroll. She was the adored great aunt to Bridget and Declan Lenahan.
Terri worked for Verizon for over thirty years as a Central Office Technician. She was also a shop steward for the Local 2222 IBEW. Following Terri's retirement, she continued to work at Dunkin Donuts, Market Basket, and she worked part-time delivering meals on wheels for the Elderly Community and assisting the Law Office of Jessica L. Libby with delivering clothing and personal items to the Elderly Community throughout the South Shore.
Terri adored her dogs, they were part of her family. She was predeceased by Debby, Erika, Rudy, Larry, Blue, Sue, Maximus, and PVT Ryan. She leaves Gunner and Little Sophia. She opened her yard for neighbors and friends as a local doggy park. She enjoyed caring for them often. Terri was a faithful supporter of the Doberman Rescue Unlimited in New Hampshire where she spend many wonders hours.
She was an avid gardener, a wonderful cook and loved to host and entertain.
She was a very big football enthusiast; she even was a minor shareholder of the Green Bay Packers.
Terri was a dedicated communicant of St. Anthony's Church in Braintree where she often attended Mass.
She will be missed by her family and friends, especially her friends Nancy & Steve Bertocci
The family would like to thank all the Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare providers and caregivers who attended Terri's Health during her treatment and transition.
A Memorial Service will be held at Quealy & Son Funeral Home 116 Adams Street Abington on Tuesday February 3rd at 12 PM. Interment to be held later in Braintree Cemetery.
