Eva Baptiste of Rockland, died Feb. 21, 2016 after a lengthy illness, age 104, She was born in Wareham, MA and was the daughter of the late Peter and Pepetua Gonsalves. Wife of the late Manuel Baptiste.  Loving mother of Alva Senna of Rockland, Stanley Baptiste and wife Claire of RI, and the late Earl, Don, and Gerald Baptiste;  Loving sister of the late Mary Mendes, Minnie Tourinho, Laura Barrette, Ruth Davenport, Anthony, Edward, Alfred, and Frank Gonsalves; Also, survived by 9 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Eva was a homemaker for most of her life.

Visitation at the Quealy & Son Funeral Home 116 Adams Street, Abington Sunday March 6 from 10am to 11am, followed by a service at 11am. Interment will be private.
