Francis Abbondanza Sr. passed away at South Shore Hospital on Tuesday June 20th at the age of 83. He was born in Boston, MA. Frank was the son of Gaetano and Virginia Abbondanza. Frank was predeceased by his wife Arline Abbondanza. He was the father to Richard, Francis Jr., Keith, Paul, and Vincent Abbondanza. Frank leaves behind his grandchildren Julia, Tiffany, and Ashley Abbondanza as well as several nieces and nephews. Frank was survived by his sister Phyllis and Linda De Rienzo, as well as his In-laws Jim and Betty Ann MacDonald.

Frank loved ice cream and going out to eat meals with family. He worked for Hub floral, Site Sight Security and Garber Foods. He always enjoyed catching up with his friends at Dunkin Donuts over a cup of coffee. Frank had the best contagious laugh and will be missed by all who knew him.
