James A Villa of Wareham 78 years old passed away peacefully at the Royal Cape Cod Nursing Home on April 7. He is survived by his loving wife for 38 years Susan Villa (Greenlaw) of Wareham. Jim was born on April 25, 1943 in Brocton, MA.  Jim was a graduate of Abington High School and Bryant University. He is survived by his sisters Carol Dumont of Ft. Lauderdale FLA, Rosemary Veazle of Wareham. His brothers Carlo Villa and his wife Harriet of Abington, and Fred Villa of Abington and was predeceased Frank Villa of Abington.  As well as many nieces and nephews.

Jim worked many years at Curry College and Martins Restaurant in Abington, and the Capeway Manor of Brockton. Jim enjoyed fishing and baseball. He was a member of the Sons of Italy in Rockland serving as a trustee for many years. Jim was actively playing bocce and participated in the local bowling teams.

A Visitation will take place on Tuesday April 19 from 3-5PM followed by a 5 PM funeral home service at Quealy and Son Funeral Home 116 Adams Street Abington, MA
