Jean Bumpus (Wieliczki) of Abington passed suddenly November 5th.  Loving daughter of (Late)John and (Late) Bronia Wieliczki, beautiful sister to (Late) John Wieliczki, Paul and Jill Wieliczki, Pete and Cindy Wells.  Adoring Mom to Karen and Larry Hall Jr, Kim Guiliani and Frank Baez, and Krissy Johansen.  Wonderful Mimi to Grandchildren Larry Hall, Harley and Evelin Hall, Keith Delcourt, Alexia and Anthony Donofrio, Melissa Baez-Guiliani, Gregorio Baez. Fun-filled Mimi to several Great Grandchildren, Aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Jean had retired after serving 40 years to Abington Town Hall Assessor and Treasury.  Been a part of the VFW Women's Auxiliary, Abington Fire Department, Abington Library Friends, Abington Senior Center, Olde Towne News and many other.

Being a true Abingtonian, she will always be remembered as one of the best huggers.  I'm a hugger!  She would say!  Whether at Town Hall, the bank, Trucchi's or other stores she shopped.  You could always get a hug from her. She adored and loved many people in her life and hugged them all.  You could always catch her rooting for the Red Sox and Patriots teams and yelling at the TV.  When not watching a game, she loved shopping (a lot), taking care of her great grandkids, laughing with her family, friends and extended family.

Visitation is being held Saturday November 9, 2019 at 12-3pm
