Jean E. Giniewicz of Abington, July 11, 2016, Loving wife of Frank Giniewicz (Former Abington Selectman 1968-1990); Loving mother of Francis Jr., Lee Casey, Debra Ripley, Marybeth Emond and husband Dennis, Patricia MacMillan and husband Don, Alison Curney and husband Richard and the late Thomas Giniewicz; Also, survived by 17 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and many aunts and uncles.

Jean was a resident of Brockton prior to Abington. She graduated from Brockton High School class of 1946 and Chandlers; Jean was employed at the Brockton unemployment office and Grossman's prior to retirement. Member of St. Bridget Church and lifetime member of the Abington VFW ladies auxiliary, enjoyed winters in South Pasadena, FL and enjoyed traveling throughout the US and Hawaii; She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. Jean was outgoing, sweet, kind, and a loving person whom everyone she knew loved.

Funeral from the Quealy & Son Funeral Home 116 Adams Street, Abington Saturday July 16 at 9:30am followed by a funeral mass in St. Bridget Church, Abington 10:30am. Visitation Friday 2-4pm and 7 to 9pm.  Interment St. Patrick Cemetery, Rockland.
