John R. McMullen, Jr., 70, passed away on March 19, 2021. He was born in Boston to the late John McMullen, Sr. and Geraldine McMullen. He grew up in Brighton, MA and was a longtime resident of Abington, MA. He was a loving father, avid sports fan, and a wealth of music knowledge. He was a longtime employee of Copeland Toyota, and his favorite place was Ogunquit Beach. He is survived by his daughters, Jessica Caira and Ashley McMullen, his son, Ian McMullen, his daughters' partners, Paul Caira and Thomas Russell, and his loving grandchildren, Elle, Hunter, and Taylor. He is also survived by his brother, Gerald McMullen, and his family, Nancy, Kim, and Tyler, as well as the love of his life, Nancy Weissberg, whom he was separated from in 1977 but reunited with in 2018. Visitation will be held at the Quealy & Son Funeral Home, 116 Adams Street, Abington on Wednesday, March 24th from 4 to 7pm.
