Josephine (Macaluso) Coon of Abington, September 13, age 86, loving wife of the late Harry Coon Jr.; Loving mother of Edward Coon of TN, Harry Coon III of Abington, Linda Marsolais of Norton, Virginia Walcott of FL, and Catherine Evans of TN; Loving sister of Chancy Coppolino of Weymouth, Rose Santangelo of NY and the late Anna Bowen, Anthony and Charles Macaluso; 14 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren Josephine graduated from North Quincy High School and was a member of the Abington Senior Citizens. She enjoyed traveling, gardening her geraniums, and ballroom dancing.  She especially enjoyed her work as a bridal gown seamstress prior to her 46 year marriage. Funeral from the Quealy & Son Funeral Home 116 Adams St., Abington Friday September 16 at 10am followed by a funeral mass in St. Bridget Church, Abington 11am.Visitation Thursday 5 to 8pm.Interment MA National Cemetery, Bourne.
