Kathleen (Cowles) Stephens of Spring Hill, Fl., passed away on September 29, 2014 after a short illness. She was the wife of the late John Stephens and is survived by her niece, Patricia LaPierre of Spring Hill, Fl, whom they lovingly raised as their own daughter. Kathleen was a 1938 graduate of West Springfield High School and attended BayPath Business School. She passed in the presence of her nieces, Kathryn Cowles and Patricia LaPierre, both of Spring Hill, Fl. She is also survived by her nephew and niece, Sherwood and Diane Cowles of Feura Bush, NY, nephew Earl LaPierre of Spring Hill, Fl. and was an aunt to the late Edward Cowles of Springfield, MA and the late Herbert Cowles of Spring Hill, FL.. She was the daughter of the late Ralph Cowles and Jennie Vincent Cowles, both of West Springfield, MA. and also leaves 2 great nephews and many great great nieces and nephews.

Arrangements by the Quealy Funeral Home, Abington MA. Interment will take place in June, 2015 with her late husband John at St. Thomas Cemetery in West Springfield, MA.
