Laurie La Forest, born September 24th 1946, of Weymouth MA., passed away Sunday October 26th 2014. Laurie La Forest, Mother of Kimberly Guillory, Grandmother of Casey Gallagher and Hunter Guillory, Sister of Ruth Gates and Robert La Forest. Laurie will always be remembered for her kind heart and loving soul, her will to help others less fortunate. She carried a glow that would fill a room with warmth and love. Laurie, full of passion, strength, determination, and love never stepped down from what she believed in. There is a special place in our hearts carved out for our memories. Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near. At Laurie's request, we ask that you do not wear Black to her service and in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to one of her favorite charities, The Wounded Warrior Project or The Make A Wish Foundation.

Visitation and Service will be held at Quealy & Son Funeral Home, 116 Adams street, Abington, MA. On Thursday November 6th 2014. Visitation is from 1pm to 3pm, followed will be the service Lead by Pastor Lisa Morrison at 3pm.
