Margaret Griffin of Halifax formerly of Abington, Nov. 18, age 84, loving wife of Paul Griffin of Halifax; Loving mother of Paula Rice and husband James of Whitman and Ted Griffin and wife Lauren of Weston; Loving grandmother of Jamie and Ashley Rice, Kimberley McCarthy, Teddy, Briannah, Morgan, and Cooper Griffin; Also, survived by loving family member Janice Minnehan. Margaret's lifelong passions were painting, sewing, and knitting, but her greatest joy in life was her grandchildren. She rarely missed the chance to attend a hockey game, soccer game, school play, and was equally happy to just sit and listen. Her grandchildren will miss her desperately but will be forever enriched from having her in their lives. Funeral from the Quealy & Son Funeral Home 116 Adams Street, Abington Friday Nov. 22 at 8am followed by a funeral mass in St. Bridget Church, Abington 9am. Visitation Thursday 5 to 7pm. Interment Mt.
