Marjorie Ann (Caul) Tobin of Bridgewater passed away peacefully at home on September 16, 2026, surrounded by her loving family at the age of 89. Marjorie was born to Gordon and Marie Caul on June 16, 1937, in Dorchester and later lived in Hyde Park. Marjorie graduated from Notre Dame Academy in Roxbury in 1955 and from the Lawrence Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Medford in 1959. Marjorie worked as a Registered Nurse for many years in various medical facilities and hospitals and retired as a Visiting Nurse from the Rockland Visiting Nurse Association. During her retirement, Marjorie enjoyed traveling, playing golf and spending time with her family and many friends.
Marjorie is survived by her husband of 67 years, Donald; and her children Stephen and his wife Karen of Norway, ME; Brian of Norman, OK; Maura of Fitchburg, MA; MaryBeth and her partner Kristen of Plymouth, MA; and Christopher and his wife Thalia of Darnestown, MD. Marjorie is also survived by her brother Michael Caul and his wife Geri of Hyde Park, along with several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Marjorie was predeceased by her daughter, Michele and her infant son, John.
A Visitation will be held at Quealy & Son Funeral Home 116 Adams Street Abington on Sunday September 20, from 4 PM to 7 PM. A service will be held in the funeral home on Monday September 21, at 10 AM. Followed by Interment at Colebrook Cemetery Whitman.
