GERAGHTY – Mary Margaret (Aunt Marie) of Whitman, formerly of South Weymouth, died Feb. 17, 2014. Loving wife of the late Albert L. Geraghty. Daughter of the late Christopher L. Gambon Sr. and Mary M. (Clancy) Gambon of Boston. Devoted mother of Kevin J. Geraghty and his wife, Rosemary of Maryland, Brian E. Geraghty and Karen Dussault of Weymouth, Barry A. Geraghty and his wife Michelle of Whitman and Catherine E. (Rin) D'Attilio and her husband Stephen of Ohio. Beloved grandmother of Colin Geraghty and his wife Keri, Caitlin Radik and her husband Marc, Erin Geraghty and Courtenay Pino and her husband Daniel all of Maryland, Meaghan Geraghty- Perrault of East Bridgewater, Brendan Geraghty of Boston, Casey Markowski and her husband Brian of New York and William and Victoria D'Attilio of Ohio. Also survived by nine great grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Christopher L. Gambon Jr. of Boston, John F. Gambon of North Weymouth, William J. Gambon of Quincy and her sisters Eileen Murray of Brockton and Kathryn A. Cushman of Holbrook. Mary was retired from South Shore Savings Bank. She had been active in the St. Francis Xavier parish in South Weymouth for many years and for the past twenty years was a member of Holy Ghost parish in Whitman. She was devoted to her family, friends and the Boston Red Sox. Funeral from the Quealy and Son  Funeral Home , 116 Adams Street, (off Rt#58) Abington Saturday at  8 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass at 9 a.m. in the Church of the Holy Ghost, Whitman. Burial will follow in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton, MA. Visiting hours will be Friday,  4-8 p.m.
