Mary V. Griffin (Milewski), 97, passed away at her home May 9, 2022. Mary was predeceased by her loving husband, Lawrence Griffin.  She is survived by her sister Adele Dombrowski, daughter Jean Griffin who made it possible for Mary to live at home, son Larry Griffin and daughter-in-law Sue of Puerto Escondido, Mexico, daughter Gail Malone and son-in-law Ken of Laconia NH, son Tom Griffin and daughter-in-law Lynne of Scituate; grandchildren Jeff, Laura, Joanna, Scott, Caitlin, Stephen, Daniel, and Angela and great-grandchildren Melaina, Juliana, Oliver, Alex and Samantha. Mary was a graduate of Hanover High School and Brockton Business School and took pride in her work many years as secretary in the Abington Schools Guidance Department. Most of all, she loved being a mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. Visiting hours will be at Quealy and Son Funeral Home 116 Adams Street, Abington on Sunday May 15 from 3pm to 5pm. A funeral mass will be held on Monday May 16 at St. Bridget Church, Abington at 10:30am, Interment to follow at St. Patrick Cemetery, Rockland.

Mary's family wishes people to make decisions  about attending in person services and wearing masks based on each person's own health.
