Michael J. Bennett was born on March 18, 1966 and died August 26, 2018 at his home in Ft. Worth, TX after a brief battle with kidney cancer. He lived in MA most of his life and moved to TX 7 years ago.

Michael is survived by 4 of his 5 children, Craig Bennett and his wife Sumruay Bennett of Abington, MA, Michael Bennett of Boston, MA, Jillian Drybrough and her husband Clay Drybrough of Venice, FL, Nicholas Bennett and his fiancée Katie Helfrich of Louisville, KY. Loving Grandfather to Brianna, Carly, Christian, and Dominick. He also leaves behind his father, Anthony Bennett and "stepmother" Cheryl Pimental of Hingham, MA and his grandmother, Josephine Brown of Weymouth, MA. He was pre-deceased by his mother, Patricia Bennett, his son Justin Bennett, and his brother, Scott Bennett.

Michael loved life. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, recently having completed a long distance ride in honor of his son Justin. He loved spending time with his family, always making time for everyone. He was someone you could always rely on to be there when you needed him. He loved computers and worked with them most of his life. He enjoyed the latest tech and trying out the latest gadgets. He was a loving, free spirited, compassionate family man whose life brought happiness to so many.

Visitation will be held at the Quealy & Son Funeral Home on Sunday September 9 from 4 to 8pm, followed by a funeral service at 8pm.
