Oler, Richard W, 56 of Summertown ,TN. Formerly of Norton, Ma. died suddenly at home June 28th 2015. Beloved husband to Jeannette "Gigi" (Hoy), Devoted step father to Jennifer and Michael O' Brien of Norton. Father of Corey Oler of Norton. Loving son of Julia Larkin, brother of Anne Adams ,Candy Cusack and her husband tommy, John Larkin, Patrick Larkin and spouse Jim Dorsey, Joseph Larkin and the late Ralph Oler. Beloved Son in law to Donald and Jeannette Vaillancourt and loved brother in law to Joseph and Terri Hoy and many nieces and nephews.

RICK HAD THE DISTINGUISHED HONOR OF SERVING HIS COUNTRY IN THE CAPACITY OF GUARD OF THE TOMB OF THE UNKNOWN SOLDIER AND WAS A PROUD MEMBER OF THE UNITED STATES ARMY.

Rick spent many happy years with his devoted wife and step children. He had a passion for hunting, fishing, golf and being with his friends and family. His generosity and kindness to others was unconditional and he will be greatly missed by all.

Visiting hours will be Monday July 27th from 5-8 pm at Quealy and Son Funeral Home 116 Adams Street Abington, Ma.  Burial service will be Tuesday July 28th at 11 am at the National Cemetery in Bourne Ma.
