Richard J. Pasquale, age 77, of Abington, passed away peacefully on August 19, 2025, at South Shore Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.

Born on December 10, 1947, in Malden, MA, Richard was the son of the late Albert J. Pasquale and Eva A. (Crawford) Pasquale. He was a graduate of Medford High School and went on to earn his degree from Bentley. Richard built his career as a Systems Analyst, where he was known for his dedication and skill.

Richard was a proud member of the Knights of Columbus and enjoyed many hobbies throughout his life, including bowling, cars, playing cribbage, and family cookouts. He was also a devoted fan of the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots, never missing a chance to cheer on his teams.

He was the beloved husband of Dorothy A. Pasquale, with whom he shared 52 wonderful years of marriage. Richard is survived by his son, Michael R. Pasquale, as well as many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.

Visitation will be held at the Quealy & Son Funeral Home on Thursday, August 28 from 6pm to 7pm, followed by a funeral service at 7pm.
