Roberta (Clark) Stewart, 76, passed away peacefully on August 25, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Robert E. Clark and Marie (Cipullo) Clark. She was raised in Abington and graduated from Abington High School.

Roberta worked in the service industry for many years including The North River House and Horsefeathers in Pembroke where she eventually met the love of her life, Robert Stewart. She enjoyed boating and taking weekend trips with “Stewy” to the Cape and NH but enjoyed staying home together most. Roberta enjoyed the simple things. Throughout her life, she enjoyed gardening, taking walks in Abington Grove and visiting Nantasket Beach. The Beach was her happy place and loved to collect heart-shaped rocks. Above all else, Roberta treasured time spent with family and friends in Abington and simply “hanging out” or going to DQ for ice cream.

Roberta was predeceased by her beloved husband and best friend, Robert W. Stewart. 

Roberta is survived by her siblings Thomas Clark and his wife Linda, Robert Clark and his wife Robbin, and Debra Black and her husband Michael; Stepdaughters Sherri Hogan and her husband John, and Amy Papanu and her husband Brian; her nieces and nephews Andrew, Seth, Nick, Ally, Felicia, and Kris; extended family members, and dear friends.

She was proud to be called “NaNa” by her grandchildren Grace, Lainey, Amelia, Jack, and Cal.

Her memory will live in the hearts of all who were blessed to have known her, and she will be missed dearly. A private celebration of life will be held in memory of Roberta.
