Rose Marie Thompson of Abington, June 15, 2011, age 84, Loving wife of the late John M. Thompson; Loving mother of Kathy Spencer of TN and Loreen Lori Thompson of Abington; Loving sister of Barbara C. Hagar of CA and Arlene R. Robinson of AZ; Loving grandmother of Brandon and Amanda Rose Spencer both of TN; Also, survived by sister-in-law Una Nessar of CA and many nieces and nephews. Rose Marie was a telephone operator for 28 years. She loved to draw and write, and was an avid Boston sports fan. A Funeral Service will be held in the Quealy & Son funeral Home, 116 Adams Street, Abington Sunday June 19 at 2pm. Visitation also on Sunday 11am to 2pm. Interment will be at a later date.
