Sue Ann E. Brake of Abington, February 23, 2022, age 86, was born in Washington D.C. on February 3, 1936 to Alice and Clayton Thorne. Sue Ann is survived by her loving husband Ronald T. Brake and her daughter Sharon E. Brake; Also, survived by her brother George and his wife Celia Bodmer, and her sisters Betty, Georgia Lee, and Joyce Ann.

Sue Ann lived in Maryland until she was married in 1955 to her husband Ronald, they were married in the All Saints Church in Dorchester, Massachusetts and lived in Dorchester where they raised their daughter. Later the family moved to Abington in 1976 where they still reside today. Sue Ann enjoyed many activities throughout her life including crochet, doing ceramics, painting in watercolors, watching movies, and she adored all creatures great and small.

She will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

Visitation will be held at the Quealy & Son Funeral Home 116 Adams Street, Abington on Wednesday March 2 from 5 to 8pm. Funeral service and burial at Mt.
