Thomas M. Bailey, 75, passed away on July 30, 2021. Born on October 30, 1945, he was the beloved son of the late Leighton and Helen (Holbrook) Bailey of Abington, Massachusetts. Thom was the third of ten children in the Bailey family, part of a close-knit and loving household.

A proud veteran, Thom served honorably in the United States Marine Corps from 1963 to 1973 and in the United States Navy from 1977 to 1987. He was a Vietnam War veteran whose life reflected duty, service, and strength of character. Thom is deeply missed by his brother, sisters, children, extended family, and many friends who will remember his devotion, sense of humor, and unshakable loyalty.

A graveside service with Marine Funeral Honors will be held on Monday, May 19th at 11:30 AM at the Bailey Family Plot in Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Abington, MA, where he will be buried alongside his family.
