Carter of Rockland , age 69, July 4, 2016, Loving son of the late Caroline and Grover Carter; Loving brother of Evelyn Cloutier and husband Maurice of Rockland; Loving father of Sheila and Stacey Carter, and Collette Hlavacek; Loving uncle of Maurice Cloutier Jr. and wife Alisa. Also, survived by 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Arrangements by the Quealy & Son Funeral Home, Abington. All arrangements will be private.
