Virginia M. Lind of Abington formerly of Milton, Nov. 7, age 97, loving wife of the late Albert Lind; Loving mother of Carole Lindquist of Hanover and Patricia Dizel of Abington; Beloved grandmother of Robert M. Lindquist, Ashley E. Dizel, Andrew J. Dizel and wife Elizabeth, and Amy C. Lindquist; Adoring great grandmother of Ella C. and Drew D. Dizel.

Virginia graduated from Dorchester High School for girls and Burdette College. She went on to work in the Abington Public School System for 33 years, where she was the secretary at Woodsdale ElementarySchool and Abington High School. She retired in 1991.

Arrangements by the Quealy & Son Funeral Home, Abington. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to: Harbor House Employee Appreciation Fund, 11 Condito Rd., Hingham, MA 02043. A graveside service will be held in Mt. Vernon Cemetery on Monday November 26 at 11am.
