William Charles Stephenson Jr., 77, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Born on November 19, 1946, he was the eldest son of the late William Charles Stephenson Sr. and Elizabeth Cope Stephenson of Holbrook, MA.

William graduated from Holbrook High School in 1964 and proudly served in the United States Navy. After his service, he furthered his education at Newbury College. He built a distinguished career in the oil industry, working many years at Manson Neilan.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Janice Stephenson, and his children: Lauren Anderson of Carver, Joy Bellman of Taunton, MA, and Matthew Stephenson of Abington, MA. William was predeceased by his beloved daughter, Amy Carrico.

As the eldest sibling, William shared a deep bond with his family. He is survived by his sisters Judy Curreri of Holbrook, Carol Comrack of Wareham, Lisa Holiser, Lynne Vincente of Taunton, MA, and his brothers Mark Stephenson of Bridgewater and Brian Stephenson of Maine. He was predeceased by his sister Debbie Avery.

William adored his many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, treasuring the joy they brought to his life. A talented artist at heart, he loved photography and painting, capturing the beauty in the world around him.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date to honor William's life and legacy. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
