Winifred "Winnie" Jane (Benoit) Love passed away on February 14, 2022.  She was 81 years old.

Winnie was born on February 7, 1941, in Boston to the late Margaret and Edward Benoit.  She is pre-deceased by her husband, William J Love.

Winnie is also survived by her siblings, Antoinette and Christos Zigouras (Abington), Ida and David Frazier (Abington), Theresa and Richard Adams (Brentwood, CA) and Richard Benoit and Barry Achung (Marblehead).  Winnie was preceded in death by her siblings Edward Benoit (Mascoutah, IL), John Benoit (Nova Scotia, Canada), Margaret Clark (Whitman), Marcella Benoit (Abington), Willard Benoit (Somerville), James Benoit (Abington) and Leo Benoit (Abington).

Winnie graduated from Central Quincy High School in 1959.  She worked in the mailroom at Grossman's in Braintree and then many years at the Abington Dry Cleaners until her retirement, where she loved talking and laughing with all the customers.

Winnie was a parishioner of St. Bridget's Church in Abington.  She was a devout Catholic.

Winnie loved all animals.  She had a special affection for cats, including all the stray cats in the neighborhood.  She also loved to draw, write poems and short stories.

She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
