Obituary

 

 

Horace E. Allen III, passed away peacefully on December 30, 2022 at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth at the age of 80. Horace was born at South Shore Hospital on March 30, 1942. He grew up in Hanover and graduated from Hanover High School.

Horace was predeceased by his loving wife Catherine (Dunn) Allen which they shared 50 years of marriage together. Horace and Catherine shared many memories together there most precious ones where there four children, Brian, Kevin, William, & Kathleen. Horace also leaves behind his daughter in laws Heidi and Pamela. Horace loved spending time with his grandchild. Horace leaves behind his seven grandchildren Alysha, Ryan, Amanda, Justin, Matthew, Desiree and Amber. His great-grandchildren will miss him dearly as well Braedyn, Isabella, Aurora, and Christopher Jr.

Horace was a long time service technician for HVAC. Specializing in oil heating systems . He enjoyed checking out old cars and enjoyed nothing more than being out on the water especially with his family.

A graveside service will be held Thursday January 5 at noon in Holy Family Cemetery, Rockland.
