Nancy Keenan DeGutis Obituary

Nancy Keenan DeGutis of Abington, age 70, passed away suddenly on January 2, 2021, Loving wife of 30 years to Joseph M. DeGutis; Beloved daughter of the late Frederick and Irene Keenan.

Nancy was raised in Dorchester and graduated from Cardinal Cushing High School in 1968 and graduated Boston Business School with an associate degree in Business Management. Nancy worked in financial investments starting at Bank of Boston, later working for Pepsco/Pilgrim in Hingham and eventually with The Warren Stibbins and Associates in Scituate. Prior to retirement Nancy was the Administrative Assistant to the Braintree chief of Police, Edwin Flynn.

Nancy was a member of the Weymouth Eagles 2899 Women’s Auxiliary, The Irish American Society of Whitman, and the Marshfield Yacht Club.

Donations may be made in memory of Nancy to your local ASPCA Chapter. Due to COVID, interment will be private. A Celebrate of life will be held at a later date. Please sign our online guestbook
