Kevin Donald Rajaniemi

Kevin Donald Rajaniemi, age 34, died unexpectedly on December 27th, 2019. He was born in Vero Beach, Florida on August 2, 1985.  He is survived by his wife, Hannah Rajaniemi of Abington, his two children, Kaden and Avery Rajaniemi; his father, Steven Rajaniemi and his wife Lisa Rajaniemi of New Hampton, NH; his siblings Kyle Rajaniemi of Hillsboro, NH; Emma Adams and her fiance Cody Rousseau of Hillsboro, NH; Britanee Bogannan of Newhampton, NH; James Wilson of Austin, TX; his grandmother Merlene Murray of Hillsboro, NH, and his six nieces and nephews.  Kevin is predeceased by his mother, Joann Rajaniemi and his brother Christopher Rajaniemi.

Kevin was a devoted husband and father to Hannah, Kaden, and Avery.  He was the owner of Coast to Coast Construction in Abington and worked hard to provide for his family.  Kevin fought hard against his addiction and was clean four years before ultimately losing his battle.  He was involved in AA and helped many friends achieve sobriety.  He was always willing to help when someone reached out for a place to stay or a friend to lean on.  Always wearing his fitted, with his big smile and easy laugh, Kevin was loved by all who knew him and will be missed tremendously.

Visiting hours will be on Monday, January 6th, from 4-8 PM at Quealy & Son Funeral Home, 116 Adam Street, Abington MA.  Funeral service will be on January 7th at 10 AM at the same Quealy & Son Funeral Home.  Friends and family are invited to gather after the funeral at the Harmon Golf Club, 168 Concord Street, Rockland MA, to share memories and celebrate Kev’s life.
