Just learned of Bob's passing on. We go way back to our days in Dorchester, MA and being his best man when he wedded Beverly prior to going in the Service. He and I shared the same light of life and appreciation of music. I remember showing him some fingerings on he Saxaphone. We would get up at 6 AM each morning and walk down to Franklin Field and run the public track then back to home and to school. We double dated often and had many laughs. While he was at Tufts I was at MIT then to Harvard. He would joke a lot about that. I knew his parents very well. I wondered why the letters stopped coming. I now reside in the Palm Beaches with my wife Mary. My condololences to all.

My sincere condolences to the Edlund family. There are no words to say to ease your pain during this difficult time. May the fond memories of the times you shared bring you comfort and peace. Please know that God holds Robert in His memory untill the day when those in the memorial tombs come out to a resurrection of life here on earth as brought out at John 5:28 & 29. Untill that time my thoughts are with you and your family.
