Thought of you today because unfortunately we had another wake to go to. I’m not going to name the funeral parlor that we were at but it’s in pretty close proximity to where you are and the services didn’t even come close to what we had at my mom's funeral! I know we have told you many times but we really do appreciate all of the time and patience you guys had with my extremely emotional family. We felt very well taken care of in every aspect of the services for my mom, even after all of the services were over you did extra leg work to register your business with Legacy Touch enabling us to have fingerprint keepsake pieces made.

I thought I would let you know that we ended up ordering 3 rings and a money clip with my moms fingerprints. We were very pleased with how the products turned out. Unfortunately, all of the pieces are a bit pricey but I guess that’s just supply and demand especially seeing that most people are ordering these items at a very emotional time. I would highly recommend the website to your future customers. They were pretty quick with their delivery and thus far the product seems to be of good quality.

I received a wonderful rememberance for my son James Stirling who passed Aug.14, 2017. You also remembered his birthday. I received that the day of and also his passing date. Not having any experience with funeral homes I must say Quealy and Son Funeral Home must be the Gold Standard. Rob and his Staff are just what you need at the worst moments of your life. They handled my brother in law's services with the utmost in care and concern. They definitely do NOT take advantage of you at your most vulnerable time. They took care of everything that we needed done. They handled my mother's cremation and communicated with the cemetery and were there for us when her ashes were laid to rest. We had a memorial service at the church but they would have done that for us if we wanted. My family was very happy with the services provided. Thank you.

Our family has relied on the Quealy family twice over the years. I knew "Bob" the father and grandfather who was the best dressed and friendliest man who came into Owen's News almost daily. When it was time to bury my mother it came suddenly and I had no experience in this area but knew by reputation that Quealy's would be able to help us. They were wonderful and made things very easy for us. Years later when my Dad's time was coming I called and spoke with Robert. My Dad was living in AZ near me and wanted to be cremated and buried with my Mother in Rockland MA. I had many questions and Rob was very helpful. My Dad took a turn for the worse very suddenly. Rob was able to co-ordinate all the arrangements between states to include getting my Dad back home. Rob arranged everything to include the "Honor Guard" for my Dad at the grave site which was very appreciated. There are not enough good things I can say about the Quealy family and their support

Robert was so kind and compassionate and didn't hesisitate to say he would do whatever we asked of him. We made the appt and he came and my Dad was so thankful and got all his questions answered and that brought such peace to me. There he also helped me (daughter) a great deal and put my mind at ease (I had never had to make these plans before)by getting all of the necessary plans in order so that when the time came there would be just the finishing touches. The time came 2 months later and there was very little I had to do. The phone call was made to let Rob know my Dad passed and he took completely over from there. Rob even offered to help me with the headstone which was ordered in no time and has even alredy been placed in the ground. Thank you Rob for everything, I am grateful to you for your kindness and your compassion and I can only hope that everyone that has to go through this process is as lucky as I was.
