John and Claire we were so sorry to get the e-mail that John had passed away. Donald did not see the e-mail until today. I don't think there can be any pain worse than losing your child. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and with young John. God Bless.

I met Foley when I was 18.... A long time ago.. Full of life..always smiling,always giving some sort of "advice", lived having a fun time with everyone. We lost touch over the last few years. Just last week his name and memories started flooding my head.. Enough I even brought it up to one if his old best friends.. Crazy if you ask me.. I hope he can relax now & take care..

John, I've treasured the time we have spent together the past few years catching up; camping was where it began and from there it only got better -- my husband along with Darby and Michael enjoyed getting to know you and laughed at your childhood stories that went on sometimes well into the night -- you were a straight forward man who at one time got lost going after what you really wanted before you began to find your way back -- you were a man who did not pass judgement and accepted people for who they were and no matter what flaws accompanied them (including me) -- the laughs we shared will not be forgotten John -- I pray that you are now at peace and emotionally and physically pain free
