As kids we were "afraid" of Uncle Joe but he always had a big bear hug and messed up our hair. Rest in peace our gentle "gruff" bear. Bet your mom & sisters were waiting with licorice.
To Marianne and the rest of the family - our thoughts and prayers are with you.

My first "Partner" when I became an Police Officer, Joe taught me a lot about law, but more importantly about life, his rough & tough exterior never overshadowed his willingness to help others. Will be sadly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
